Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

• Free service, no accounts. ModelCanary is free to use and doesn't require an account.
• Provided as is. Information may be late, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided without warranty. Events are generated automatically from public provider status pages, documentation and model lists.
• Not a replacement for official sources. Always check the provider's own status page and announcements before making decisions. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from reliance on this site.
• Fair use. Don't abuse the site, the repo scanner or the signup form (for example automated or bulk requests, or signing up other people's addresses).
• Newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. See the Privacy Policy.
• Third-party names. Provider and model names belong to their owners. ModelCanary isn't affiliated with them.
• Changes and law. We may change the service or these terms at any time. Irish law applies.
